Incomplete! Turns over! Looks like the whole points system/assembly is gone. I removed the outer cap to try and give you the best description possible. Nice heavy duty solid brass base! Good mounting holes. The threaded shaft will need some work!! The threads are smashed up a bit. Should be great for parts or major restore. See pictures for the absolute best description.
