CASE Door Latch – Fits Several Models This is a brand new aftermarket door latch that fits a number of CASE brand tractors, backhoes and other equipment cabs. The only difference from the factory latch is that this doesn’t have the welded on backing plate so you will have to use nuts or steel rivets to install it. Latch is zinc plated. The factory part number is F98122 or F89710 for models 770, 870, 970, 1070, 1170, 1090 and 1175. I have also installed these in the older Case 580 and 580B models. Their part number is F93107. This is a difficult to find part. We created it by cutting apart a customer’s old latch and building a new one in the shop. After test fitting it on the tractor, we sent the prototype out to be reproduced. The new part was fitted at a CASE dealership to verify it’s fit and function. That has earned it our Slayer Brothers Certified Parts seal. The outside handle for this is listed in my other auctions and I also carry latches to fit other CASE equipment.
