Fleetguard DCA60L Cooling System Additive, DCA4, 16OZ, NOS, M11 New old stock, bottles all have a decal on them. Factory sealed. As pictured. I deal in New Old Stock (NOS) and surplus. Everything I sell mostly likely has been handled, opened, or been sitting on a shelf in a warehouse for great lengths of time even if the listing says NEW. You can expect it to be new condition unless the listing shows otherwise (labeled as used). It may come to you dusty or dirty from sitting on that shelf. I often open packaging myself for photographs and to inspect the condition. This is necessary to prevent rusty, or broken parts from being shipped.
